Data that user can eventually transmit will be stored with methods that guarantee integrity and safety, fully respecting the data confidentiality regulation. We would like to inform you that the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR” from now on) provides user protection, with particular regard to personal data processing. Purpose and legal basis for processing data
personal data are processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
- Purposes related to legal obligations
- Purposes related to the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of the Data Controller: internal organizational activities. Collection of the names of the participants in the event for the purpose of managing and organizing the event itself and for any sponsorship activities.
Recipients of the data
within the limits relevant to the purposes, your data may be communicated to various recipients in relation to the purposes of the processing indicated above as where required by law or at their request, to credit institutions for the payment provisions relating to the registration fee for the Event to the external structures and / or companies that the organization uses, responsible for carrying out activities connected, instrumental or consequent to the registration and subsequent participation in the Event (for example, for press services, for data processing and IT consulting, for promotional activities by companies participating in the Event, for the dispatch of congress programs, for the accreditation of training activities, for hotel accommodation, etc.), to external consultants (for example, for the management of tax obligations), if not designated in writing as Data Processors, to parent companies, subsidiaries or associates, for administrative-accounting purposes.
Transfer of data to third countries
